Paper Planes - Guatemala, Huehuetenango
Paper Planes is a carbonic washed process coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala. This coffee was produced by a large group of women from the Guaya’b Asociación Civil (GUAYA’B) coop. The GUAYA’B cooperative has established an environmentally friendly wet-mill that is accessible to the local family farms in the area. They also provide assistance for farming maintenance as well as technical training to help support the coffee community.
With notes of Asian pear, caramel, and white tea, this coffee tastes like being whisked away on a gentle breeze. The flavor is soft with a delicate mouthfeel, but it will lift you up, thrust you forwards, and help you defy gravity!
10 oz. bag, whole bean coffee
Coffee that gives back: a portion of profits from every coffee canister purchase will be donated towards the National Park Foundation.
