Golden Hour - Colombia Popayan, Honey
Golden Hour is a honey process coffee from Popayan, Colombia. This coffee was produced by four producers with small farms in the Popayan department of Cauca. Each of the producers harvest the coffee cherries and delivers them to a centralized mill for processing. First the cherries are sorted, then the coffee is fermented in sealed bioreactors with a controlled environment. After fermentation, the coffee is dried, bagged, and prepared for export.
With notes of sweet tea, peach, and lemonade, this coffee tastes like afternoon sunbeams. When everything shines in a golden hue. When life takes on a new light and perspective, making things beautiful and new.
10 oz. bag, whole bean coffee
Coffee that gives back: a portion of profits from every coffee canister purchase will be donated towards the National Park Foundation.
